Fibre (Psyllium Husks): Psyllium husk provide fibre which is crucial in the diet to help ensure that waste material is moved efficiently and regularly through the bowel.

Prebiotics (Inulin): Inulins (prebiotics) are naturally occurring oligosaccharides which have been shown to support the population of friendly bacteria in the colon. An abundance of beneficial bacteria helps your intestinal tract remain healthy.

Probiotics (Lactobacilli & Bifidobacteria): It is now clearly recognised that long term health of the bowels and a key to overall wellbeing is the balance of favourable bacteria in the bowel. Supplementing the diet with beneficial bacteria (probiotics) helps to retain this balance.

It is very important that adequate water is taken with this product so that the fibre does not swell and cause blockage in the throat or stomach.

• 3 capsules requires 250ml (one large glass) of water
• 8 capsules requires 500ml (two large glasses) of water

Directions: Adults: For the inital dose take 3 capsules daily, then if necessary, gradually increase the dose over the period of a few days, up to a maximum of 8 capsules twice daily. Adjust the dose until you achieve the desired effect to suit your body's requirements. It is recommended to be taken not less than 30 minutes before or after food.
